I don't know that I've ever seen a boxer take that many shots to the head/jaw in the ending of that fight and not go down.

He's got as big or bigger a left hand as the last big southpaw in the heavyweight division, Michael Moorer. Even despite the outcome of this fight, and although he's realistically about at the end of his career, I hope he gets a few more big fights.

In fact, I wonder if Sanders couldn't bust WBA champ Ruiz to the back of the heavyweight line. My suspicion is that he could: there's nothing like a southpaw fighter with a big punch and an iron chin.
