I withdraw and apologize for that remark. And I am in agreement with you with what you said in that post you made in the link you included. Frankly, if a woman cannot make up her mind about whether to have a baby by the time it has gestated for 6 months, then maybe the state should take the position it is now a person and gets the protection of one. And no, gays are not blacks and the proposition that they are entitled to protection on the basis of their membership in a minority is subject to question. A person has no choice about being born black; that has to be demonstrated about gays. I don't know if I entirely agree with you about Kerry. I have yet to be convinced that Bush did not haul us into a totally unnecessary and unjustified war in Iraq. OTOH, the choices are so bad this time that I am likely just to let a coin decide my vote. For the Kerristas who read this: The POTUS is CIC. Do we really want a leftover '60s peacenik in that job?
