Chinu. You said ...." First off it is not the utmost thing important to us all. Secondly, if something is corrupt you do not abandon it, villify it and run it to the ground as we do to the UN. Else why don't we do that to the other institutions where corruption exists is my point? Did not know I had to explain it to this level. And here is a newspaper editorial which is relevant to our exchange.".....
You are joking right?

You said...." Secondly, if something is corrupt you do not abandon it, vilify it and run it to the ground as we do to the UN.".....

" Abandon it" ? that does not make any sense why would any law abiding society abandon a matter of corruption?

" Vilify it" Of course we should vilify corruption no matter where it is found.

"Run it to the ground" Of course we should run it to the ground and especially if it is within a world organization such as the United Nations.

Your news item...which has no link....has nothing whatever to do with any corruption that may be going on in the United Nations. It must be tracked down and those responsible for any corruption...if any.... within the UN must be brought to justice.

I agree with your point that not enough corrupt ceo's of large companies are in jail...at least not yet.

You said...." Did not know I had to explain it to this level".....

Explain what. All you have done here is explain to anyone reading that you are again confused.

And have you forgotten so soon the the United Nations was already in Iraq some time ago and got scared off by islam terrorists. The Bush administration was dealing with the UN at this point in time...just took this long to get them to come back.
