Assasinating someone without a declaration of war is murder This is false. If someone aims to murder you and in self-defense you kill them, you need not have first declared war to avoid having the killing become a matter of murder. Israel has a right to defend herself against anyone who would aim to destroy her - and she need not make a formal declaration of war to do it. You are simply trying to invent a moral stricture where there is none, so vacuous is your general position.
