I agree with you comments. Besides, Dell's tech support is next to useless, and their customer service is useless.

My next PC will more than likely be bought through the PC Club. You can select all of your components, including the Tower, Power Supply, Motherboard, etc. Then you can build the computer yourself, or for $30 have the tech at PC Club assembly the computer. Of course, you need to buy the OS and application software. The net price isn't much different than Dell's price for an equivalent computer, but one avoids the hassle of dealing with Dell.

I've never bought from Dell, so this is second hand. My understanding is Dell Small Business division charges sales tax in CA, but Dell Home does not. FYI
