Searle,

Thanks for the graphical expurgation of George Bush's Most Excellent Iraqi Adventure.

Now if Bush announced "Mission Accomplished" when 139 U.S. marauding, invading mercenaries were stopped, what will he announce when we get to 1,390 Yanks snuffed with an order of magnitude more horror and awfulness?

"Godliness Accomplished"?

Chalmers Johnson, author of "The Sorrows of Empire" was interviewed by C-SPAN on Saturday. He did not mince words. Johnson said that George Bush's recent declaration that he was responding to direct orders from "the Father above" makes George Bush a criminal. That declaration is in complete contravention of the precepts of the separation of Church and State in the U.S. Constitution.

Furthermore, Johnson declared that the greatest threat to world peace and sanity today are the Christian Fascists surrounding the deluded Mr. Bush. Johnson could have tossed in a few hundred insane Likudnik ultra-Zionists for good measure, IMHO. But that would be anti-seminiferous I guess.
