Don’t know who these extremists are to whom humans and dogs mean “nothing,” unless you have baby-murdering leftists in mind. mttu.com I should add here that were it legal to murder your 'breathing persons' with impunity, as it is now legal to murder unborn humans, I would ardently defend the 'breathing persons' as I now do the unborn. I would do this because the 'breathing persons' are me, just as the unborn persons are me. It is for my own interest that I defend them all.How do you justify capital punishment? By consistently upholding the natural principle and rights of humanity. It is self-evident that all men are created equal and endowed by the Creator with certain unalienable rights, amongst which is the right to life and freedom to pursue the fullest expression nature allows. The basis of all rights is life, the ability to exercise those rights. Without life, no natural right exists. If a human wills to infringe upon this right in others, his equality demands he wills to pay restitution, else he proves his will is more valuable than others-- so much more valuable that it can literally result in his taking the supreme basis of rights (life) from others while keeping his own. In truth, if his will results in the removal of the right to life in another, then there is but one counteraction available that on its own logically proves his will is equal to the will of his victim – death. Now, please do not invoke God here. You are a heathen. So between you and I there is no such notion as “God.” I do not and cannot possibly ever acknowledge such a thing as your “god” and you cannot possibly acknowledge my God. Between us, then, there is no God or god. We are on our own here (or you are, at least, on your own), and that means your equality demands that should you will to kill me and carry out that will, other humans, in the interest of upholding the natural principle of human equality, have a right to execute that interest to ultimately prove your will is equal to mine (and theirs). Only your death can alone prove this beyond doubt.
