For airport inspections and equipment, for guards and marshals , for ANG airplanes to monitor flight operations,and for communications. No longer so easy to steal and airplane. Young upcoming terrorists are impatient, yearning for action, will tend to go where the action is -Iraq. They would far rather do that than go to all the trouble of getting passports, hiding in the US for years, learning to fly . Its a lot of work just to commit suicide. So Iraq is sucking away potential terrorists from the likes of OBL and other boring Al Queda cells. Sig
