Hi Jeff,

Semi's relative strength 100 after dipping 14% - is the shakeout over and the real leadership about to lead?

All the indexes are in sinc to breakout to new highs - this is a very exciting time.

Jeff,

On your last chart ,I can see a fib spiral breakdown through the wall also right in this area.

Dollar weakness is something need for our economice recovery to lead the way.
