Hi Bill,

Back in 1980 I bought a Chevrolet conversion van and I remember cursing the gas pump as I paid an outrageous 1.39.

Not bad - last week I filled up @ 1.69.

I sure would want my stocks to go up more than 30 cents in 25 years.GG

Gas is cheap.

Perhaps why no one has built a refinery over the same time?
