From a pure DNA perspective. As far as I know there are no material differences in DNA and that as a group their bell curve mapping intelligence, psychosis, and other relevant characteristics would yield similar looking graphs as any other large groupings. Underlying my message, however, was the thought that if terrorists have some way of selecting people from their population and be able to channel them into suicide bombers (which I believe is something that is extremely difficult to do), we should be able to (if we knew that secret or methodology) to channel our kids with the same profile - but into some commitment for good. But beyond my admittedly far out musings, I would like to point out how difficult it is for us to communicate. The difference in the command of language is quite significant (you are a professional lawyer and I am not professional at anything). I can't express my thoughts where you could comprehend it and I certainly do not understand your views. Yet, I believe we have tremendous advantage over those that communicate in a Far Eastern or Middle Eastern Language. No matter, what I do know that is important is that we do not have to resort to killing each other because we can't communicate adequately. It's fair enough to ask me how I can know such a thing without being able to explain it precisely. Well, If I am in an elevator and it starts to go into free fall, I don't have to be an elevator mechanic or Physicist to know there is something wrong and that there is a better way for the elevator to behave.
