Hi EP, <<I don't know anything about disease diagnostics>> ... same here.

I am just helping out a European client with the business/commercial/contractual side of the equation, of a deal that does not involve third party customers, but simply a joint lab to research diseases and their diagnosis. Think of it in the context of global labour arbitrage.

<<razor blade business>> is definitely so, and when the blade can be manufactured in China, distributed under brand to global customers, and help to sell more razor, that can then also be made in China (the lower tech/sun-set tech) that can be spread around in China, India, Africa, Latin America, so that the money earned can be used to import some high tech / sun-rise tech into China to seed the hinterlands, then ...

Like I like to remind myself, we must be in tune with the Force, tap the Field, modulate the Energy, and be one with What Must Be.

The companies that successfully incorporate China into the company's construct, as a source and as a market, will do OK. Companies that fail to do so may do less OK.

It is all just math :0)

Chugs, Jay
