Dave,
I am flattered that you asked me for the advice on your portfolio and SDS. You may or may not know I am not a registered investment advisor and so cannot advise you in any way. I can, however, give you my observations:

- SDS has formed a 5-6 point head and shoulders pattern over the past 7-8 months and if the 25.5 level (approx) is breached, you are looking at prices under 20 shortly. I am told that this will occur in 95% of the cases.... once the breakdown occurs, if it occurs, so it is a pretty reliable pattern.

- However you protect your portfolio is up to you. It would appear, IMHO, that whatever happens may happen shortly.

- Consolidations at lows tend to foretell further breakdowns, as I understand it.

Good luck and let me know how you do!
