Why is Tommie proud of his GOOD STUPIDITY philosophy?

Because otherwise no engineer could say with a straight face that he believes in a 'population vote', that the amount of *dirt* in a State actually counts as valid 'votes' in a US federal election.

Clearly, any engineer worth his salt would know that Electoral College votes are apportioned to the States based upon the population of PEOPLE (as measured by federal census) in the States... not the expanses of deserts, tundra, bogs, or what-have-you.

By practicing the principles of Tom Watson's philosophy though ('Good Stupidity', he calls it) any kind of lying, ridiculous-on-it's-face bunk may be passed off as the gospel truth....
