This decision by HTDS seems to be a practical one in that it brings cash to the company and it allows HTDS to concentrate on the drug, Tubercin®. Currently, HTDS was trying to manage to important divisions which are worlds apart from each other. The move is brilliant, HTDS’s management, in our opinion, must have good news coming on their drug Tubercin® and we will monitor HTDS daily and keep our readers informed on all fronts.


HTDS announced yesterday, April 26th, 2004, that the Company has signed a letter of intent to sell the assets of its recycling division, International Foam Solutions.

HTDS will sell the recycling assets of its International Foam Solutions Division for $250,000 and 20% of the stock of the purchasing company. The sale should be finalized within 30 days in accordance with the letter of intent. The purchasing company has patent technology which is more encompassing than the patent technology being sold by HTDS.

This decision by HTDS seems to be a practical one in that it brings cash to the company and it allows HTDS to concentrate on the drug, Tubercin®.
