Hi Jeff, You know what surprised me this A.M. Look at the Dow utilities -Really sneaking up. Especially in light of high crude. Talk about a stealth move with high RSI. Bode well for entire market? Could be crude costs get passed along and trucks ,trains,and planes are all very busy?? Bob
