"A woman in Florida suing the state for refusing to take her driver's permit picture without her hajib (face gear)" Let me ask you, ET, should this woman's right to religious freedom supercede the sensical laws of the state, and similar laws all over North America, which require the picture for purposes of identity? Do you realize that if such a case makes it to the supreme Court the woman will very likely win? In Canada, where weapons are not allowed, a Sikh won the right to carry a dagger in school. All other kids aren't allowed weapons and can be prosecuted if they carry them, yet Sikh kids can carry sharp 12" long knives.
