Dale, I have a different Linksys, but a couple of days ago I solved some connection problems by depowering both, modem and router. Then turned off the PCs.

Now restored power to the modem and waited until the lights show normally; then power on the router and wait until the red self-check light turns off. Finally turn on the PCs.

If that does not work, tell us what OS and firewall you have.
