Such typical heavy handed imposition by colonialist and imperialist powers, and quite opposite to what democracy and self-determination should be. They may as well as put the star of david inside the crescent - same color anyway. That would be more appropriate under the current circumstance of the power in charge. Weird!, did someone determined that Mesopotamia is one of Israelis' lost tribes? Strange!, the old flag looks more like the American red, white and blue, and it's not good enough. Durn!
