That pretty much sums up the problem with Bush, which is that he is stuck in perpetual adolescence. He is not a man, and will never be one. He will always be a sneering, smirking teenager. That is probably a consequence of never having to have earned anything during his lifetime. I think he seized upon 9/11 as an opportuntiy to prove his manhood, with some really heavy oedipal stuff going on in the background. He could definitely use a few years on a therapist's couch.
