The Company's net revenues for fiscal 2003 were $9,945,000, an increase of 17% over net revenues of $8,466,000 for the previous fiscal year. The Company reported net earnings of $1,438,000 or $0.13 per basic share and $0.12 per diluted share, for fiscal 2003 compared with net income of $565,000, or $0.07 per basic and per diluted share, for fiscal 2002, an increase of 155%. The fiscal 2003 results included a gain of $449,000, or $0.04 per share, from income tax benefits associated with net operating loss carryover. Without this gain, the Company would have reported a net income of $0.09 per basic share and $0.08 per diluted share for fiscal 2003.
