You can detail numerous groups, but the basic generic reference would be very simple and conceptual, i.e., anyone who has sworn to murder Americans... I think this is very clear... to any American, that person is the enemy, beyond that we would get into a philosophical discourse about the meaning of enemies and so on... anyone who has sworn to murder Americans is the enemy... I cannot imagine anyone not understanding that basic premise... GZ
