IBII: Kempisty & Co Replaces Henry Schiffer as Indep. Acct. Tuesday , April 27, 2004 15:26 ET Internet Business's International Inc (OTCBB: IBII) filed an 8-K on 4/27, in which the Company reported that on 4/21, it dismissed Henry Schiffer CPA as its independent auditors. Schiffer reported on the Company's financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2003. Their opinion did not contain an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion, and was not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles. The Company engaged Kempisty & Company Certified Public Accountants, PC to act as its independent auditors, effective April 21, 2004 Whats this ? New accountant for IBII hmmmmmmmmmmmmm Now why would they need a new accountant after being ceased operations for 2 years? Maybe going operational - on watch for new events .. we shall see.......................
