Nofzinger is not my pal. He's a convicted Reaganite (one of many convicted Reagan cabinet people) who gave me an honest answer once, but now it's the election season so he's just spinning. Sad to see that he's being dishonest again. Back in 2001, Nofzinger emailed me that he would not be surprised if the entire energy crisis was a deliberate fraud concocted to rip off tens of billions and hurt Gore. Later on, I talked to many other people, all of whom agreed. Some of whom said it was absolutely so. Since the convictions on the energy fraud have all be the closest possible Cheney-Bush cronies, it's no secret anymore. And they are gouging us right now too. Not Enron, but everyone else.
