Lt. COl Karen Kwiatkowski said that the draft is a done deal if Bush is elected. She is a Republican who worked for the under Sec of Defense at the Pentagon.......... Read some of her writings. She is most informative. Rangel wrote that Bill so people who were supporting the war would have second thoughts if their kids had to go fight. He never meant for it to pass...........and it was out in the open. And yes there is a secretive movement to bring back the draft. It's not Rangel's Bill ,it's the real MCCoy. The Bush /Cheney machine are secretive about everything.
