You seem to think that April 28, 2004, is the point in time at which somebody - I have no idea who - must "put up or shut up" but I don't think the world works that way.

No point in arguing about facts. A fact either is, in which case, no point arguing about its existence, or it is not, in which case, no point arguing about its non-existence.
