I will probably be buying when it goes below $5CND, but I am more interested to know when the re-instatement will be over so we have the re-instated figures and go one from there.

As far as I understand it their 2003 net earnings will be divided in half however the rest of the earnings will not disappear it will offset the losses in 2002, basically they overdid their losses in 2002 and accrued their revenues in 2003 to show a better picture.
