Beating any candidate with a $200 million war chest is never easy.

Jake, He didn't make my Top Twenty. Though I like both his war and anti-war record, he is at least as flip-floppy as Bush. And he doesn't give a rousing speech. There really isn't any good news for whoever wins. Bush has made a mess of the country and made more of a mess of the rest of the world, which hasn't been anything to brag about for decades. At some point in the next President's term, China will be forced to pull the plug on our big debt, spend like there's no tomorrow economy and any action taken now can just make that less of a disaster, not a non-disaster.

But then, speculators such as myself can make a lot of money off misery. I just hate to see my country go through it. I can make money off booms, too. <G>
