Glad to see you are happy with your investment in IAC. Looks like a large block traded hands today. When you see a company with few shares outstanding and a low float due to large insider ownership, you wonder, why does the company need to be public. Most companies go public to raise funds / allow insiders to sell their stake in the company. IAC doesn't need to tap the capital markets. For IAC, in the long term, I see a possibility that the company will be taken over.

ACD (Accord Financial) just announced a special dividend of $1.50 yesterday. I owned the stock quite a while ago, but am not as keen on it as I am with IAC.
