Drug addicts like Rush Limbaugh are out of touch with reality. They live in a fantasy world. Maybe Hugh has joined him.

In the context of Rush Limbaugh, the "vicious or nasty" bar has to be set extremely high. You're talking about a professional there. As to the second post, it's pretty hard to take seriously, unless you're trying hard to be an aggrieved victim. Not that aggrieved victimology on the civility front is unusual in conservative circles, ironic though that may be after the Clinton years.
