Ratings and Debate

Ed Schultz is the #1 rated Talk talent who dominates heartland states. He weaves through the world of news, politics and sports with an everyman appeal. He cuts through the boring talk radio sameness with razor sharp views on life, politics and people in America. Ed's formula of straight talk and open debate has delivered top ratings for over 15 years.

Family and the Heartland

Ed came to the Midwest from Norfolk, VA, in the seventies to attend school and play football. He settled down in North Dakota where he could enjoy the outdoors and share the values of the locals. He and his wife Wendy have six children between the ages of 17 and 24 and even more than most Americans he feels the effects of the rising cost of tuition and car insurance. Ed attributes his common sense and straight-on approach to the people and places of the heartland.

Why Fargo?

Talent is talent, no matter where you are. And Fargo is where Ed has refined his, posting 20+ shares for the past 15 years. It's Fargo where he is the number one talent, on the nation's highest rated AM station (KFGO-AM). Now Ed is broadcasting to the nation. It's not from a skyscraper in New York or Los Angeles, and not as a Washington "insider". Ed speaks from the heart, and from the heartland. He also takes his show on the road coast to coast with the Big Eddie Cruiser - a broadcast-ready motor home. Look for Ed broadcasting from a location near you.

The fact I completely fulfilled my military obligation of one of my children commands an Engineering Company that was activated for the Iraq War has no bearing on the truth of what I post.

Having three grown children who have chosen to go into Engineering would suggest I have a lot of wisdom of life. Having selected a wonderful woman for a wife for over 30 years also suggests lot of wisdom of life.

The fact that one or two times a week one of my engineers calls me for technical engineering and life advice suggests I have a lot of wisdom of life and technology.

In other words I am wise and I know kerry is scum. I know PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH is very honest and I am in awe of his genius of leadership. I am amused by the idiots who post stupidity on SI.
