i dont know why you say that. for whom is it a failure exactly? you been to Japan lately> not too much doom and glomm there i can assure you despite 10 years of poor stock market returns.

I agree -- easy money in Japan has been a total failure -- wrong prescription for their problem -- but also, would have been better not to create the mess in the first place.
