The charge is used by holocaust revisionists to justify Nazi persecutions of Jews and depict the Jews as the aggressors against Nazi Germany. Exactly! Let me spell out my analogy for the simple-minded: 1. Zionists developed a plan to drive Palestinians from Palestine and establish a purely Jewish state. Many decades later, Palestinians reacted by calling for the destruction of that racist state (but not the death of the Jews). TWFowler was spouting the standard Israeli logic, that this justifies Israel to commit ethnic cleansing against the Palestinians. 2. The Nazis rose to power and declared themselves hostile to Jews. Some Jews reacted by declaring an economic war against the Nazis. This is used by right-wingers to justify the Nazi Holocaust against the Jews. Same logic. And this is just one example of many in which Israel uses Nazi logic to justify its actions. Tom
