You don't seem to be able to see subtle points. I'll try to explain it for you one time.

Unlike the suggested thrust of your initial post, Einstein spent his whole life looking at patterns and extrapolating the existence of "facts" from those insights. He didn't, as you seem to do as a matter of course, simply say "it is or it isn't," and then go be bopping on down the road.

Some of his scientific facts are not yet proven and many have been "proven" following his death. It didn't stop him from forming his theories.

I would think that someone that claims to have a "higher IQ" than Kerry and a bunch of folks, (but not Judy Dean for some reason,) could figure that out.

PS, you don't find "proof" of the physical makeup of the universe by "using chalk and a chalkboard."
