Ted, Really... I don't know what to say anymore. We're past argument. We're occupying a country where most of the people hate us and don't want us there, we are killing patriotic "insurgents" and civilians by the thousands, the entire world has turned against us, we're spending the next generations prosperity, we're trying to repeal the freedoms that the Constitution guaranteed, and we're doing all this in the name of a neoconservative belief that somehow the US will militarily dominate the 21st century. This is not the country that I love. There is no charity here, there is no empathy. This country is starting to resemble the countries I was brought up to hate. We've failed; we are another perfect example of "power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely". We are past the peak of our power, because we, like 100's before us, don't understand what has created our power. Not our military... John
