We should make a list of all the red-herrings! Medals, schmedals ... complete nonsense. Americans care about 2.5+ million private sector jobs lost. Americans care about no increase in the real average hourly earnings for 3 years. Americans care about the soaring costs of healthcare and other basic items. Americans care about all the deaths in Iraq with no post-war or exit plan. Bushies can't talk about the real issues, so we get schmedals, quotes from '71, labels, and other red herrings. Anything but the issues confronting America.

orca. You said....." You inferred it by saying that you did not like the way he posted".... I did say some thing to the effect that I did not like the way AS posted but at no time did I suggest AS be banned. I suggested only that fairness be used in banning posters. Go back and look. So if you concluded that then you reached the wrong conclusion. You asked....." If you were the moderator would you ban AS? "..... No I would not nor would I ban the other posters that were banned for returning attacks from AS. Actually in all the time I have spent on SI in disagreements with many posters I can only think of one poster that I would ban from any thread. And the reason for this one poster is because he is filthy in his posts...not nasty or mean but filthy.
