Yeah my response was a tad visceral. It would depend on what types of crimes I imagine, similar to the native justice idea.. I guess I should educate myself as to what exactly it extends to... eg: if criminal offenses are always superceded by Canadian criminal law .. still makes me leery though...I'll be interested for example what provisions are made in divorce cases and custody of minors for example or if that is even covered.... Nice move on gold there, I'm still holding a 13% position (lots of cash though too) so I'm hoping for a relief rally at least :o) I posted you discussion of Heinz call over on iHub.. investorshub.com if you can't read it you can sign up for free.
