The proof of the pudding. Is in the eating. The end of the Mar03 rally, if it is to happen, will be when/if the Quarterly Lows are taken out. This has occured in Gold and in Currencies already. Gold/Mining stocks have just gone Ker-runch. Bonds are ambiguous. The last link is stocks. We have a sell signal in Monthly Stochastics which is very ominous as Secular Indicators are Bearish to Neutral (definitely not Bullish). IMO the fact that Monthly Stochs have had a Bearish Cross for all indices is evidence that Cyclical Bulls should be cautious here. $NDX (13)Monthly Stoch has just come down from 80%. As the 55M EMA for all indices are down-sloping to flat this means that we could well have seen a major top as we could expect the Monthly stoch to move on down from +80% to the lower ranges if not to 20% or below. -macavity
