It would have been up to them, had the mess occurred naturally, but we will be blamed, because we intervened, and precipitated the mess (and we should be blamed for that.)

Just thinking about Jesse Jackson's comments. Many people hated his comments, but many people agreed with them. Yet, in the mass media, I found only scorn. It was like when Dean made some anti-war comments that many people agreed with, but he got trashed by the media.
