Al, You continue to whine that the Kerrys of the world are taking some of your money away, which avoids addressing solutions....answer my question. You never had a specific question, but if you want an alternative to higher taxes, here's one: REDUCE SPENDING. Let's make government more efficient with every tax dollar it spends before we start adding more social programs that can never go away or be reduced because of the political implications. No need to remind me how Bush has increased spending more than Clinton. I don't see any indication that the Dems want to slow the increase; in fact, every position they take is one of higher taxes and even more spending, except for defense. Tenchusatsu
