Yeah, i seldom talk about my shorts off the cfz thread..but then i usually don't say what i'm short even there...i think someone asked me on this thread if i was short rmbs so my reply let the cat out of the bag -g-

Its funny though how people assume if your short thats all you do and never take the long side.

Yes I have shorted many times but never with a stock with the irrational movements of Rambus

It can be done with the protection of calls limiting the max. loss. If I were shorting rmbs now(I am not), I would probably buy 25 strike calls at the same time (short term ones).
