(OTCBB:QRSM) announced that a European office, warehouse has been opened in Oeffelt, Netherlands. Last fall the first non-United States location was opened at the Baulkham Hills Business Centre, near Sidney, Australia. Dolan said, "The time to open a European office has arrived.
