Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MWD - News) and Credit Suisse First Boston were listed as lead underwriters for the offering, which experts have said could be valued at $20 billion, or more, once further details of the deal are set.

This is going to VERY interesting to watch...

People have to open an account with either one of the underwriters in order to obtain shares in the dutch auction..

I think I'll stay on the sidelines until it starts trading.. Then, maybe I'll try and trade myself into a position..

Another point of interest is that apparenlty google is being required to go public because it has more than 500 hundred shareholders. some people say it's about two years earlier than they had wanted to IPO..

Might be time for the SEC to review its regulations on IPO requirements.
