I've got my eye on NOK, it would be nice to be able to pick some up in the 10-11 range. I think it would be similar to buying INTC at 13 during the October lows...

You could be right. But, once they raise rates the market will start to go up again. There have been plenty bull market rallies during rate increases. Today look like it was on the panic side anywhooooo. I would say we are near or at a near term bottom.
