Deeno, unless there's some more recent news
the last I heard is that it's not certain whether a "Dutch auction" will take place or not. Apparently bankers Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, who will be offering the IPO, weren't too fond of the auction idea.

In the past I have only read that it was rumored that the company originally entertained the idea to offer a small portion of the shares in the auction, where they would be offered by some kind of internet bidding process to the general public, and the highest price (or maybe the average price?) would be the price of the remainder of the shares of at the time of the IPO.

If I don't have this correct, someone please correct me.
