Bush-cheney make it sound like it's un-patriotic not to back every defense boondoggle that ever came down the pike. Yup, that's exactly right. That's exactly what Gingrich and Hannity were saying last night (and every night). Gingrich, by the way, was the biggest pork barrel person in Congress at one time. The defense industry is a big employer in his district. That's what made it so funny when he led the 1994 charge against pork barrel spending. Tom
