I disagree. A "revolution" in a single country in the ME (especially SA) might seriously disrupt the balance of production/consumption of oil. The supply/demand situation wrt oil is so precarious, that a blip could become a wave very quickly. With the obvious effects to the world economy. That's just one of the variables that Bush is dealing with, when he acts on his messages from God.
