The fact is that Republican Presidents are big deficit spenders compared to Democrats. The rest is just speculation.

Do you disagree with the statement? It is my belief, and it is based on news reporting about issues such as the Medicare reform/prescription plan. The one that the AARP was for, but the dems were against. If you disagree with the statement I would be happy to debate it. Maybe you are right and the repubs really want to spend more on social programs than the dems.

He cut the military and intelligence (our most important funcitions) imo. And he was lucky enough to preside over a very large and unrealistic "internet bubble". Tax revenues were FLOWING in based on this, not Clinton's policies.
