Gee, does that mean that the "cooped up" troops remain generally alive, the inspectors keep inspecting and Saddam remains contained and scared silly because Iraqis that hate him get more and more aggressive? No.. it means that Saddam gets 1/2 year more to prepare to fight for his regime.. And to become more dangerous as he grows to recognize he's a caged animal.. And of course, it gives France, Germany, and Russia even more chance to subvert the UN charter and the integrity of its purpose. Hawk
