I have no idea why they don't buy in the open market. But I also am not buying, even though I think Xoma is a great company. Other situations still seem even more attractive. Nice annual report. One of the best, but must admit I always liked them. Voted all my remaining hundreds, (2), of shares against all management proposals. Made no sense, but it was fun. Might buy more to increase the level of fun, in future years, but think I can find even more entertaining things to do.<g>
